Aimee Randazzo - Board Member

Aimee is a servant leader with a passion for developing collaborative and impactful partnerships that strengthen the community. Serving as the Senior Center Operations Manager for the United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO) in Arizona, Aimee leverages her passion for serving America’s service members and their families as she oversees operations, programs, events, and outreach in Southeastern Arizona for the nation’s leading charitable organization serving active duty, national guard, reserves, and military families. She supports US Army Fort Huachuca, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, 162nd Fighter Wing, Arizona National Guard (Tucson), Western Army National Guard Aviation Training Site – Silverbell Army Heliport (Pinal Air Park / Marana) and any other National Guard, Reserves, or Boarder Mission elements in her service area. Previously, she volunteered with the USO in Arizona and joined the staff in 2020. While overseeing operations of the USO Center on Fort Huachuca she develops and delivers programming that meets the needs and offers support to the service members and families we serve. She ensures the USO mission of “strengthening the well-being of the people serving in America’s military and their families” is a success with the intent of providing connection, education, support, and a strengthened sense of community while striving to make positive impacts each day.
Aimee utilizes her education in Psychology and Social Work and her experience working for the Department of the Army in Family Advocacy, Outreach, and Deployment and Mobilization to construct programming and events that generate the greatest impact. Her 26 years of experience as a military spouse keeps her highly attuned to the needs of those the USO serves. Her volunteer positions as a Master Resiliency Trainer, Casualty Response Team Leader, Soldier and Family Readiness Group Leader, and her roles as President, Advisor, Mentor, Advocate, and Board Member for a variety of organizations and individuals enhances her ability to identify and meet the greatest needs within the communities she serves. Aimee is married to Retired U.S. Army Colonel Dylan T. Randazzo, the Director of the I-CDID (Intelligence – Capabilities Development Integration Directorate). They have four children: Dominic (21), Roman (18), Anthony (16), and Sofia (12).
She currently volunteers as a Military Affairs Committee Member and Ambassador of the Sky Islands Regional Partnership, President for the Buena High School Site Council, Parliamentarian of the Fort Huachuca Community Spouses’ Club, Vice-President of the Pastoral Advisory Council on Fort Huachuca, Vice-President of the Colonel Smith Middle School PTO, SFRG Advisor for the I-CDID, and Board Member of the University South Foundation. |
